Nose: Some sweet spices on the front of the nose, red fruits and hints of sweet oak and golden honey, some cracked black pepper. 

palate: Hints of the sherry cask used to finish this dram shine through on the palate, hints of caramelised orange and lemon, some vanilla with a soft spice and honey mid palate leading to a nicely balanced finish.
