Wild Turkey 81 Rye 40.5% 70cl  

Nose: A sweet and mild spice flow from the front of the nose, with a rich creamy toffee and truffle tone, some orchard fruits and cherry some honeysuckle sweetness add to the array of flavours flowing from the glass. 

Palate: Fruity with a rich cinnamon and honey, soft fruit cake and toasted almond, hints crispy puffed rice and chocolate, some peaches and cream with a toasted caramel wafer and maple syrup, some soft spices and a little hint of poached pear.
