Courvoisier VSOP 40% -70cl - Cognac 

A blending of Grand and Petite champagnes with Fins Bois cognacs aged between 8 and 12 years, matured in Troncais / Limousin European oak casks, this Cognac is bottled as the perfect aromas and taste leaves are reached.

Nose: Sweet fruits, Peaches and soft vanilla with toasted oak, delicate creamy spice and dark fruits with a hint of summer floral notes like white rose jasmine and a flourish red berries.

Palate: Some dark fruits and sweet crushed dried strawberry, red currant and Turkish delight, dark chocolate and creamy caramel, succulent red apples and damson jam, waffles with Cornish ice cream with a dash of fruit sauce. Sweet peaches and apricots add a delicious mid palate.

Rich musky fruit and wood notes keep this cognac balanced across the palate and in top a nice smooth flowing finish.
