Highland Park 12 Year Old / 40% / 70cl

Nose: Sweet with some gentle peat smoke, some light coastal notes, rich toffee with a touch of light chocolate, soft honey with a touch of salted popcorn, floral with a delicate sweet spice. 

Palate: Some sweet floral notes, honey and soft caramel toffee, smouldering sweet smoke and peat, hints of coastal BBQ's and apricots add to the delicious taste of the mid palate. With a finish that has some subtle orange chocolate and soft spiced toffee, a classic rich original Orkney single malt.
