Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky / 45% / 70cl
£54.95
Distilled in two stills imported into Japan from Scotland in 1963, this grain whisky is distilled in the unique still, patented by Irish inventor Aeneas Coffey in 1830.
Nose: Sweet and rich syrup notes of corn and hints of chamomile, some sweet nutty notes and apple skins.
Palate: Caramel and honey, some tangy sweet spices, vanilla slices and hints of lemon cheesecake.
A great tasting supreme grain combination that grows on the palate.
