The Panel Notes. 

Nose: Rather rich with a little dried fruits coming through, hints of hessian and cedar wood, apricots with dark honey glaze, lemon peel and demerara sugar grains. 

Palate: Tangy citrus and orange toffee, some vanilla adds a little smooth note on the front, as this opens after a few seconds its deliciously fruity with toasted cereal, mango and spices with a rich orange note and warming spices in the finish. 

Distillery Notes 

Nose: Mellow fruity apricot jam, toffee notes and a hint of cinnamon combined with butter and custard.

Palate: Sweet and spices. Mellow plums and red berries, treacle, cinnamon spice and a pleasant woody smoky note. Very smooth, silky texture.

Finish: Medium to long with spices, honey and caramel notes.
