    Glen Elgin 11 Year Old 2011-2022 52.8% Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish 

    Nose: Pine needles and soft oak, vanilla pod, sweet flaky pastry, soft orchard fruits, some creamy chocolate and red velvet, candied orange, peach and strawberry jam, a nicely balanced nose. 

    Palate: Very smooth beyond its years, with fresh sliced pineapple, banana and crystallised ginger, warm hay, soft vanilla and rich buttery toffee popcorn, the sherry influence is perfectly balanced across the mid to late palate, dark chocolate, Black Forest gateau, sweet velvet vanilla and soft spices.
