    Matured in a combination of 3 taste driven sherry oak casks — Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel  

    Nose: Lots of rich dried dark fruits, some toffee and soft vanilla and hints of honey and ruby chocolate, lots of smooth aromatic tones flow from the glass, hints of soft tropical fruits.  

    Palate: A rich and tasty opening on the palate, some creamy vanilla and toasted caramel, dried berries, and a rich mid palate of tropical fruits in syrup, a nice, rounded oloroso sherry notes, some soft sweet, spiced strawberry, a lingering smooth and elegant finish.
