    Nose: Some classic dark sherry fruit notes damson jam, milk chocolate, cloves, hints of glazed cinnamon buns, candied citrus peels, ginger and soft mint sprigs.  

    Palate: Rich fruit cake and vanilla ice-cream, latte foam, damson, sultana, cocktail cherries, a little hint of all spice, soft jam and cream doughnuts, toasted oak, peppercorn,  toffee and gingerbread.  

    A classic Irish Pot Still whiskey that can take a drop or two of water or let it open in the glass to reveal the richness of a great sherry cask matured dram.
