Nose: opens with a creamy sweet fruity note, some honey and grape, with a deliciously tempting compote of dark fruits with sweet caramel.  

Palate: French patisseries with poached pears and spice, with some crisp red apple skins and orange with pineapple and cinnamon glazed buns, a little chocolate with apricots and peach.
