This is a true London Gin created above the Portobello Star in Notting hill London, the gin is distilled in London using 9 botanicals  

juniper berries, liquorice, nutmeg lemon peel, bitter orange peel, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark, and finally orris root.  

The taste profile of this gin is very taste forward with a rich juniper berry note, some tangy notes like orange and maybe a hint of lime and lemon adding a delicious fresh citrus flavour, bitter orange and coriander, as we head into the finish we find sweet peppery note that lifts the gin even more across the palate.
