Palate: A seamless transition from nose to palate with a soft vanilla fudge, Sweet apple and peach, the cereal notes arrive on the palate, some chocolate and honey, the finish of this dram is a nice balance of hops and sweet spice with a creamy vanilla, toasted oak.
