Nose: Fresh summer fruits with a little hint of light honey and crushed pomegranate seeds, a light citrusy note with a balanced organic floral note.

Palate: Very lively with a nice soft fruit note of soft mango and hints of peach, watermelon and autumn berries perform a seamless balance across the palate, elderflower and soft lemon fondant with the freshness of the citrus flowing with juniper and spicy coriander to deliver a great tasting gin on its own or with tonic.
