This is a raw distillate from Buffalo Trace distillery, its history is in keeping with the whisky traditions of over 200 years ago when distilling fist took place in the area. 

Made from Wheat and Rye Mash this is a taste like no other!  

First thing you will notice is the ABV at 62.5% with a very forward aroma and palate.  

Nose: Some sweet notes from the start but this grows to become a more complex aroma in the glass, tangy sharp fruits and a little oily.  

Palate: A full bodied flavours to start like the nose in many ways, this is a complex dream with hints of tangy citrus and cereal flavours including toasted almonds.  

A great dram for mixing or simply discovering the complexity and fun of whiskey from the USA
