    Nose: Appealing cinnamon and ginger aromas with rich dark chocolate giving way to a soft demerara sugar. Saville orange peel with sweet smoke. 

    Palate: Cocoa powder and sweet, creamy honeycomb accompanied by stewed fruits red berries and cracked black pepper leading to toasted almonds with morello cherries on the finish of sweet smoke and peat.
