    Blended Malt 11 2010 Thompson Brothers 50% Vol 

    Nose: Peach and pine nuts, some caramelised fruits, flan base with a runny honey. 

    Palate: Spicy smooth and dry notes seem to balance one-another out so perfectly, toffee with a rich yet mellow all-spice, candy floss and popcorn, some spiced fruit toward the end of the lingering smooth finish
