    Nose: Fruity fresh notes, to the fore with hints of cut apples with French patisseries, peach and pears with a subtle coastal note. 

    Palate: A more tangy palate than the nose indicated but a very balanced range of flavours. Summer fruits and golden honey coated cereal, a subtle citrus with hints of chocolate and a little soft pepper.
