Nose: Toasted caramel wafers, rich golden apples with a touch of milk chocolate and soft almonds, banana and vanilla, honey, ginger and peach, tangy orange and Apple pie shortcrust pastry with a dusting of icing sugar.

Palate: Shortbread and chocolate with a creamy coconut and whipped cream, hard toffee and melon add a nice mix of rich and fresh together, pomegranate, soft dates and a little fudge, light honeycomb, peach melba and spices with a touch of ginger.
