Palate: The influence of the bourbon and wine casks open the palate, some rich churned toffee vies with a Red apple and strawberry flavour alongside some tangy liquorice root and citrus, hints of vanilla and fudge, a final mix of the dark fruits and softer vanilla tones enriches the palate right to the end.
