Nose: High tea it is then with sweet delicate glazed pastry notes, soft ripe summer fruits abound here on the nose. Sweet ripe orchard fruits like pears and apples. White chocolate with honeycomb and dried strawberry chips, clean crisp sweet notes keep shining through on the nose to tempt us to delve right into the palate.
Palate: Some summer soft fruit cocktail, peach and melon with a dusting of icing sugar, caramel and delicate cinnamon notes create a very smooth mid palate, lemon meringue pie, some fresh peeled apple, plump sweet grapes with a classic touch of honey and ginger.
The soft rich summer fruits keep going into a superbly balanced rich lingering finish with a hint of virus and delicate creamy spiced toffee.
