The Wild Parrot 1999 Guyana PM Still WP 99519 51.9% 

Distilled on the famous wooden pot stills in Guyana, made from Molasses  

Nose: Citrus with allspice and citrus, with a spiced apple and almond note, a dry almost subdued chocolate and tangy cherry like notes.  

Palate: Sweet fruity notes open up the palate, dry with a rich allspice note, some green tea and a slight medicinal note, this leads to a slightly smoky note with damson’s and dates adding in a layer of fruity notes that keep the palate going.
