Nose: Farmhouse churned butter on warm crusty bread, some dates with a lemon and honey sauce.
Palate: Some rich maple syrup like notes hit the front of the palate before a more floral and soft fruity note arrived in the mid and back palate, the rich syrup notes are back with a touch of spice and soft white summer fruit pudding.
