With the advances in cask maturation over the last few decades, you might be surprised by the amazing advances in taste.
Nose: Fresh bakery notes, vanilla and popcorn with hints of a creamy fruity note breaking through. This nose is very interesting as it pulls you in to try to unravel its delightful complexity.
Palate: Toasted brioche buns, whipped cram and soft sweet spices, tropical glacier fruits and toasted nuts, Soft sweet red grapes, poached pears, vanilla and hints of honey coated patisserie, hints of peach melba.
A final note of delicate spices arrive to mingle with the amazing honey notes from the mid palate.
