    Nose: A classic sherry cask aroma seems to be the driving force of this excellent cask, With a rich scent of sherry, dried fruit, cream pudding and a light aroma of herbs and light spice. 

    Palate: On the palate we find a rich oily taste opens the palate, with notes of dried fruit, cream pudding, chocolate, herbs and dark cherries, this is a dream dram for sherry cask lovers, 
    A Long aftertaste of sherry, chocolate, a little herbs, along with freshly ground butter and ripe cherries.
