Palate: Summer on the shores of Islay, sea salt and toffee apples, sweet balsamic with a dash of red sweet peppers,, warming smoke and caramel sauce mix with hints of seaweed. A rich dram that leaves a nice balance on the finish that won't overwhelm the palate.
