Nose: A tangy citrus aromatic nose, ripe autumnal fruit with a zesty edge still flowing through from time to time as this rum opens to reveal a slight creamy orange and vanilla note, some crispy waffles and damsons with soft whipped cream.

Palate: Hints of red velvet sponge and strawberries, Demerara sugar and soft toffee caramel, ripe apricots with a dash of crushed almonds and pecans, some light honeycomb and milk chocolate with dark fruits. A lingering finish of soft warming spice and chocolate croissants, tobacco leaves and a light minty cream freshness.
