Nose: Soft baked apple and cinnamon with a rich ginger root aroma, vanilla and cream, some orange chocolate and crushed banana and honey some maple syrup and soft toffee. Some sweetness from tropical fruits ;like pineapple and starfruit. 

Palate: Some classic Rum notes at first that will be familiar to seasoned rum fans, earth and fruity in one sip, add into the mix some of the tropical fruits on the nose then you are part of the way with this great Rum, Some barbecue embers, hints of mint like sweetness make a short but refreshing appearance before this rum settles in to a lingering smooth vanilla and dark fruits sipping Rum.
