The first release of a unique Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Matured in Sherry and Bourbon oak casks. 

Made using malted and un-malted Irish barley and oats. 

Nose: Creamy sherry notes, with dark fruits and chocolate, nutty with hints of caramel chews. 

Palate: Soft vanilla and honey with a dash of soft ginger, creamy and spicy at the same time as the casks have worked to marry this dram with ease. A final rush of dark chocolate and strawberry notes.
