Nose: Rich sweet aromas come through time and time again as this dram open up and tempts you for a try. Some vanilla and honey mingle with a fresh ground cereal bar and honey note. Some sweet oak and soft fresh ginger sponge. 

Palate: Smooth and lingering vanilla and soft spices open the dram, more of the nose on the palate shows us this is a great cask indeed, ginger snaps and golden honey with hints of spices like cracked black pepper, a touch of soft sweet pastry with some soft lemon and lime.
