Nose: Soft light honeyed notes, sultana and raisin, toasted oak adding a little twist of richness to the sherry notes that flow from the glass, some light leather and tobacco leaf, dark fruit cake and damson jam.
Palate: Warming smooth sweet spices, cinnamon buns, trifle and scones filled with strawberry jam, some flaked chocolate with a touch of cracked black pepper adding a superb spice to this amazing single malt.
