Nose: Damson, strawberries and a rich toasted oak, charred wood, liquorice root, and a hint of ginger, some dark dried fruits, and a touch of dark toffee.  

Palate: Warming smooth fruity notes start off this gem of single malt, with hints of dry tobacco leaf and soft hints of cinnamon, smouldering charcoal, and wood embers with a nice range of red and dark fruits.
