Lallier Grand Rosé Brut 12.5%

A fabulous rosé Champagne made from Grand Cru parcels – Aÿ, Verzenay, Oger and Cramant to be exact. Interestingly the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are layered together in a temperature-controlled maceration process which gives of colour without tannin. It’s been aged on lees for three years, and its bottled with a dosage of 8g/l. A beautiful elegant Champagne that pairs perfectly with summer sunshine.
