Aroma and Taste profile of this Baijiu
Nose: Light and sweetly fragrant with a hint of dried golden fruits, some softer notes of mango, tangy minty notes with a contrasting pineapple fritter aroma.
Palate: Bolder and sharper than the nose, with layer up on layer of tastes, with some black pepper corns, hints of liquorice and dark truffle, sweet chillies and dried fruits. A complex and rich tone that is almost like a dairy farm shop of cheese and crispy baked biscuits with a little sweet mint and a earthy tones.
