Matured in 2 former bourbon barrels the interaction between cask and wood has created a perfect dram.

Nose: Vanilla and honey are classics for a great single malt, this dram has a lot of amazing aromas from the start, some citrus and whipped fudge.

Palate: Shortbread and light toasted marshmallow, some hints of creamy citrus and crispy green apples add a freshness to the mid palate, soft brioche and gentle spice add to the rich palate. Add  in some soft cheese cake filling with hints of shortbread and toffee apple.
