Nose: Caramel with a subtle note of barley sugar twist candy, spiced citrus with a smouldering smoke and earthy rich peat, sticky toffee pudding, bonfire charcoal.   

Earthy smoke right from the start, dotted with hints of caramel and barley. 

Palate: With the smoke and peat from the nose running through the whole palate, hints of dark caramel, dried summer fruits with a dash of pepper, peaty, with drying spices with rich smoke.
