Nose: A very rich and complex nose, with baked apples, hints of Hay bales and wet oak, some polished wood and hints of waxiness followed by a spiced fruit note, springtime floral notes, some cloves and wood spice, with rich citrus and tropical fruits adding the final edge to the incredible nose.  

Palate: Some tangy sharp fruits, charred oak and sweet spices, sliced apple and some undertones of smoke, dark damson and chocolate bring in some exceptional fruity notes that grow across the palate, light and sweet charred oak smoke with a waxed fruit and honey, grassy and floral edges leading to a rich and vibrant tone of tropical fruits, some rich pepper and a final flourish of honey.
