What do you get when you make a classic Islay then add it to a rich sherry oak cask?  Perfection and taste.

Nose: A sublime fruity opening with red plumbs and sweet grapes, smouldering aromas including a rich and sweet charred oak embers, sweet smoke and toffee, a zesty and sweet building of of smoke that never over dominates the whisky.

Palate: The smoke and peat of the distillate remains balanced on the front to mid palate, with some sweet dark fruits, hints of cocoa and raspberry, some dried apricots and sweet autumnal orchard fruits, soft earthy richness and soft coastal aromas of seaweed, toffee apples and hints of roasted chestnuts.
