Single Cask matured in a PX sherry hogshead cask  with only 252 bottles world wide. 

Nose: Rather fruity with a nice mix of smoked meats, sweet aromas of Maple Syrup, almonds and a hint of toasted oak, some soft embers smoke, star anise, hints of soft pepper and ginger. 

Palate: Some classic Caol Ila notes start this dram off, salted caramel, with tastes that are opposite of one another working humourlessly across the palate, soft dry spices with hints of dried fruits, peaches and pink grapefruit, some salt beef, dark chocolate and herbal notes, ginger and honey, with a rich rounded softly smoked and fruity finish.
