Nose: Sweet coastal smoke and candied orange peel, smoked deli meats and a soft cut oak, dark fruits, savoury hints throughout the nose, some soft tropical fruits, smoke and soft peat aromas, dark chocolate.  

Palate: From the nose to the palate the rich smoke notes come into play, a rich creamy note of vanilla and shortbread, honey and salted caramel chews, spices and rich latte foam, pecan's, some cracked black pepper and a soft orange create a balance in the lingering finish.
