Matured in casks from across several years starting in 2012 Oloroso sherry butts, 2013 Sherry butts, 2015 American Oak hogshead Cask

Nose: Coastal and very fruity notes as we might have expected from the sherry casks, dark fruit like black berries and fig, all married together in a seamless integration of sweet smoke, caramel and rounded peat. 

Palate: A superb rich fruity opening across the whole palate, some dark cherries and soft tangy orange and sweet smoke, dark and rich chocolate adding a nice mid to late tone on the palate, with a fruity and softly spiced finish with a lingering aftertaste.
