A very well balanced and taste driven rum that’s fantastic as a slow sipping rum or perfect for a good rum cocktail.  

Nose: Some sweet and fresh fruits, dried spices and cocoa nibs, sweet dark dried fruits with a hint of candied orange and cinnamon, ground dark roast coffee beans and vanilla pod.  

Palate: Some really smooth frontal notes of toffee and creamy vanilla, some bolder flavours start to flood through the palate, a waxy rich note, some ground coffee beans, sweet smoke tones, dark and fruits, chocolate and dry spices, a very enjoyable freshness underpins the palate adding a nice layer to the palate.
