Nose: Lots of rich dark dried fruits on the front of the nose, some sweet oak and hints of old leather bound books, A light springtime herbal note, subtle orange and a light touch of smoke drift in and out of the aromas coming from the glass. 

Palate: This dram is full of sunrises from the moment it touches your palate, Some classic moments like rich fruit cake, demerara sugar and Dates, with a touch of sliced fig, some soft spices and dry oak, a little hint of peat seems to come forward, autumnal fruits and cherries with a nice balance of dark and milk chocolate, fresh cut apples and crispy pears.
