Distilled in 1995 Bottled January 2021
Nose: Rich hints of toasted oak and vanilla with a little dry spice, creamy rich chocolate truffle, some apricot and honeydew melon, some floral notes and a rich fruity note.
Palate: Some soft brioche and lemon glaze ice buns, some soft nectarines and green tea, a spicy yet smooth mid palate leading to a rich and complex finish with a little pepper and dark honey glazed almond.
