Nose: Spices and a creamy note on the front of the nose, some sharper more tangy notes of red and black liquorice, dried summer fruits, hints of peach and syrup, dry oak and honey, fresh ground coffee beans.
Palate: A mirror of the nose flows in to the palate, the liquorice notes becoming a softer more rounded note on the palate, hints of soft brioche and creamy vanilla with a honey glaze. Summer fruits like apricots and peach, hints of candied orange peel and a soft white chocolate.
