Nose: Sweet orchard fruits, soft creamy vanilla and honey with a touch of ground ginger and ripe pears, vanilla, fruit cake and soft sultana. 

Palate: Soft sponge and honey drizzle, soft peach and shortbread, a little sweet white chocolate and damson, bread and butter pudding, vanilla and spices, dark fruits give a nice undertone to the lingering finish.
