Nose: Soft fruity with a little hint of almond with vanilla pod, hints of green apple and a sweet candy note, honey and a soft ginger with a limoncello, dry oak and cedar add a woody aroma.  

Palate: Once in the glass this single malt opens up to reveal a more creamy and citrus profile, springtime grass and manuka honey, summer fruits including peach and mango, soft spices and a touch of vanilla pod, barley sugar candy, soft pepper and soft whipped fudge.
