Whilst the exact blend varies, this champagne leads with Pinot Noir at 40 to 50%, Pinot Meunier at 30 to 40% and topped off by 10 to 20% Chardonnay. Dosage is 7g/litre. 

The nose is lively with wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, a touch of rose and occasional pepper. There's more red fruit on the palate, now with red currant, peach, a little gooseberry and a menthol hint.
