Nose: Like cask No 483 this dram is packed with sweet and smooth aromas on the nose, with some additional richness like pineapple and cream, lemon sorbet, honey and vanilla with a nice soft herbal note of clove and soft pepper.
Palate: Soft papaya and mango, soft baked fruit cake, sweet baking spice, a soft minty note under the richness of tropical fruits creates an amazing opening to the mid and late palate, with banana bread and dark honey drizzled over pears and apples in the nice balanced finish of this great single malt.
