Nose: Rich fruity smooth tones, vanilla and golden syrup, some sweet cereal aromas and whipped toffee.

Plate: Smooth mouth coating with dark fruits and vanilla, chewy toffee and cream filled shoe pastry, glazed fruit cake, damson and pink chocolate sweetness before a nice sweet oak comes into play.
